Ms. Mulemi has served as the head of the PETROFUND since 2002. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Namibia. Additionally, she holds a National Diploma in Cost Accounting from the National University of Science and Technology. She is currently enrolled in the Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School.
